Dinosaur Ridge Metropolitan District is nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Jefferson County, Colorado. The District, organized in 2008, was established to provide for the financing,  planning, construction and acquisition of public improvements as well as provide ongoing operation and maintenance services for such improvements. Specific improvements and services provided by the District include parking facilities, roadways, lighting, driveways, public utilities and landscaping.
